煤巷掘锚一体化机组快速掘进工艺优化

摘要 为提高新疆准东二矿南翼首采工作面煤巷快速掘进效率,深入分析了快速掘进过程中掘进机械参数、煤层硬度与结构特征等围岩稳定性的影响因素,通过精准地质评估、掘进机组参数优化、同步截割与支护以及实时监测与应急调整等一系列措施,实现对复杂地质条件下煤巷的快速掘进与有效的围岩控制,为类似工作面的掘进提供了有价值的参考和借鉴。 In order to improve the efficiency of rapid excavation of the first mining working face coal roadway in the south wing of Zhundong Second Mine in Xinjiang,the factors affecting the stability of surrounding rock such as excavation mechanical parameters,coal seam hardness,structural characteristics and others during the rapid excavation process are analyzed in depth.Through a series of measures such as precise geological evaluation,parameter optimization of excavation machine set,synchronous cutting and support,as well as real-time monitoring and emergency adjustment,etc,the rapid excavation of coal roadways and effective surrounding rock control under complex geological conditions are achieved,providing valuable reference and guidance for the excavation of similar working faces.
