象山矿井煤层瓦斯赋存规律研究与瓦斯含量预测

摘要 瓦斯是常见的造成煤矿重大伤亡事故因素之一。为了准确预测象山矿井主采煤层的瓦斯含量及其分布,指导矿井的安全生产,以矿井前期74个取样钻孔瓦斯含量测试数据为基础,采用单因素分析法分析了影响3号煤层和5号煤层瓦斯含量的主要因素,并对影响程度进行了权重分析,确定了煤层埋藏深度为最重要的影响因素,顶底板一定范围内砂岩等透气性岩层厚度为第二重要的影响因素。综合分析不同因素的影响情况,对矿井未采掘区域瓦斯含量进行了预测,确定了3号煤层瓦斯含量值主要集中在4~9 m^(3)/t间,占82.8%,5号煤层瓦斯含量主要集中在4~10 m^(3)/t间,占74.3%,高于3号煤层,对于指导矿井安全生产具有重要的意义。 Gas is one of the common factors causing major casualty accidents in coal mines.In order to accurately predict the gas content and its distribution of the main mined coal seam in Xiangshan Mine,and guide the safety production of the mine,based on the gas content test data of 74 sampling boreholes in the early stage of the mine,the single factor analysis method is used to analyze the main factors affecting the gas content of the No.3 coal seam and the No.5 coal seam,and the weight analysis is carried out on the degree of influence.The burial depth of the coal seam is determined to be the most important influencing factor,and the thickness of breathability rock stratum such as sandstone within a certain range of the roof and floor is the second important influencing factor.Through comprehensive analysis of the influence situation of different factors,the gas content in the unexcavated area of the mine is predicted,and the gas content value in the No.3 coal seam is mainly concentrated between 4 and 9 m^(3)/t,accounting for 82.8%.The gas content in the No.5 coal seam is mainly concentrated between 4 and 10 m^(3)/t,accounting for 74.3%,higher than that of the No.3 coal seam,which is of great significance for guiding mine safety production.
