2020年西藏自治区1~14岁儿童乙型肝炎流行病学调查分析

Analysis of Epidemiological Suvey of Hepatitis B in Children Aged 1~14 years in Xizang Autonomous Region in 2020

目的:了解2020年西藏自治区1~14岁儿童乙型肝炎血清标志物流行情况和乙型肝炎疫苗接种情况。方法:使用2020年全国乙型肝炎血清流行病学调查资料,分析西藏自治区1~14岁儿童乙型肝炎表面抗原、表面抗体和核心抗体阳性率、乙型肝炎疫苗接种情况。结果:共调查1059人,其中乙型肝炎表面抗原、表面抗体、核心抗体阳性率分别为2.64%、39.47%、5.67%,乙型肝炎疫苗接种率、全程接种率、首针及时接种率分别为96.51%、93.48%、76.86%。1~4岁、5~9岁、10~14岁儿童乙型肝炎表面抗原阳性率分别为2.23%、2.31%、3.72%;表面抗体阳性率分别为52.79%、36.57%、26.39%;核心抗体阳性率分别为4.19%、6.25%、6.69%。结论:2020年西藏自治区1~14岁儿童乙型肝炎表面抗原阳性率较既往下降,乙型肝炎疫苗接种率水平较高,需重点推进乙型肝炎疫苗首针及时接种工作。

OBJECTIVE To understand the prevalence of serum markers of hepatitis B and hepatitis B vaccination among children aged 1~14 years old in Xizang Autonomous Region in 2020.METHODS Using the data of the national hepatitis B seroepidemiological survey in 2020,the positive rates of hepatitis B surface antigen,surface antibody,core antibody and hepatitis B vaccination in children aged 1~14 years in Tibet Autonomous Region were analyzed.RESULTS A total of 1059 children aged 1~14 were surveyed,HBsAg,anti HBs,and anti HBc positivity rates were 2.64%,39.47%,and 5.67%,respectively.The coverage rate,full vaccination rate,the timely coverage rate of the first dose of hepatitis B vaccine were 96.51%,93.48%and 76.86%,respectively.The HBsAg positivity rates of children aged 1~4,5~9 and 10~14 were 2.23%,2.31%,and 3.72%,respectively.The positive rates of anti HBs were 52.79%,36.57%and 26.39%,respectively.The positive rates of anti HBc were 4.19%,6.25%and 6.69%,respectively.CONCLUSION In 2020,the positive rate of hepatitis B surface antigen in children aged 1 to 14 in Tibet Autonomous Region has decreased compared with the past,and the vaccination rate of hepatitis B vaccine is at a high level,so it is necessary to focus on promoting the timely vaccination of the first injection of hepatitis B vaccine.
