健康教育联合舒适护理在医院发热门诊患者中的应用效果

Effect of Standardized Health Education Combined with Comfort Nursing on Fever Knowledge Awareness Rate andHealth Behavior of Fever Outpatients

目的:探究对医院发热门诊患者开展健康教育联合舒适护理的效果,为提高发热门诊患者发热知识知晓率及健康行为提供参考。方法:选取2022年11月—2023年11月聊城市第三人民医院发热门诊收治的80例患者,采用随机数表法将其分为对照组和研究组,每组各40例。给予对照组患者舒适护理,给予研究组患者舒适护理并辅以健康教育。诊疗后,对两组患者发热知识知晓率及健康行为进行评估。结果:研究组发热知识知晓率92.50%,高于对照组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=0.034,P<0.05);研究组舒适度评分为(94.82±10.26)分,高于对照组的(85.46±10.17)分,差异有统计学意义(t=4.098,P<0.05);研究组患者健康促进生活方式量表(Health Promoting Lifestyle Profile,HPLP-Ⅱ)评分为(180.04±15.42)分,高于对照组的(168.91±15.55)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对医院发热门诊患者给予舒适护理并辅以健康教育,有利于提高患者对发热知识的知晓率,改善患者的健康行为,值得在临床中推广应用。

OBJECTIVE To explore the effect of standardized health education and comfort nursing for patients in fever clinic,in order to provide new theoretical and practical basis for nursing work in fever clinic.METHODS 80 patients admitted to the fever clin⁃ic from November 2022 to November 2023 were selected as the samples for the study,and the selected subjects were named as the study group(n=40)and the control group(n=40)according to the lottery method.The nursing plan adopted by the study group was standardized health education and comfort nursing,while the nursing plan adopted by the control group was only comfort nurs⁃ing.After the completion of nursing service,the effectiveness and application value of nursing service were judged by evaluating the awareness rate of fever knowledge and investigating the health behavior of the two groups of patients.RESULTS The awareness rate of fever knowledge in the study group was 92.50%higher than 75.00%in the control group,and the difference was significant(χ2=0.034,P<0.05).The comfort score in the study group was(94.82±10.26),higher than the control group’s score of(85.46±10.17),and the difference was significant(t=4.098,P<0.05).The scores of health-promoting lifestyle profile(HPLP-Ⅱ)in study group were significantly higher than those in control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).CONCLUSION The value of stan⁃dardized health education combined with comfort nursing in the care of fever outpatient patients is higher than that of single comfort nursing,which is not only conducive to improving patients’awareness of fever knowledge,but also can improve patients’health be⁃havior,which is worthy of clinical application and popularization as a scientific and effective nursing program.
