摘要
不停电作业主要指的是在我国现有电力工程的施工或维修工作中,为了避免停电对相关客户的工作影响,影响用户的用电需求,对电力客户进行不停电或少停电的一种措施,以最大限度地满足电力用户对用电的需求。但是在实际工作过程中,应用10 kV配电网络不停电作业策略时,工程的实际情况相对复杂,而且外界和人为因素也会对相关的不停电作业造成一定的影响,这就要求现有的电力单位合理选择不停电作业方法。文章主要结合工程实际情况,分析现有配电网不停电作业方式在不同场景下的应用,并介绍其优缺点,为电力工程的发展贡献力量。
Non-power outage operation mainly refers to a measure of non-power outage or less power outage in order to avoid the influence of power outage on the work of related customers and affect the electricity demand of users in the construction or maintenance of existing power projects in China,so as to meet the power demand of power users to the greatest extent.However,when the 10 kV distribution network operation is applied in the actual work process,the actual situation of the project is relatively complex,and external and human factors will also have a certain impact on the relevant non-power outage operation,which requires the existing power units to make a reasonable choice of non-power outage operation methods,and let the application of non-power outage operation to maximize its effect.Non-power outage operation in the implementation of not only to meet the line maintenance work,but also to meet the needs of users,so its implementation has a greater difficulty.Based on the actual situation of the project,this paper first analyzes the application of the existing non-outage operation mode in different scenarios,and introduces its advantages and disadvantages,hoping that the content of this paper can contribute to the development of electric power engineering.
