摘要
文章使用ZYNQ开发板设计了一套基于电磁感应理论的成像系统。该系统使用8个铜制线圈组成阵列传感器,以Xilinx公司研发的ZYNQ-7000来设计单通道高速数据采集系统。采用14位的AD9240作为模数转换芯片,同时以AD9767与AD9240形成回路以检测激励信号。系统的最高采样率能达到32MSPS,可以满足成像过程对于采样率的需求。外围电路与FPGA之间通过SPI总线通信,并利用Vivado和SDK软件进行联合开发,利用相敏检波算法对采集到的信号进行幅值与相位的分离与提取。通过对阵列传感器检查范围内放置金属样品进行成像实验,从实验结果中可以看出,论文所设计的系统可以满足准确采集电磁信号,并可利用采集信号进行电磁层析成像。
In this paper,an electromagnetic imaging system based on ZYNQ is designed to achieve electromagnetic imaging using array sensors.This system uses the ZYNQ-7000 developed by Xilinx Company to design a single channel high-speed data ac-quisition system.The 14 bit AD9240 is used as the analog digital conversion chip,and the AD9767 and AD9240 form a loop to de-tect the excitation signal.The highest sampling rate of the system can reach 32MSPS,which can meet the requirements of the imag-ing process for the sampling rate.The peripheral circuit communicates with FPGA through SPI bus,and is jointly developed by Viva-do and SDK software.Phase sensitive detection algorithm is used to separate and extract the amplitude and phase of the collected sig-nal.Through the imaging experiment of metal samples placed within the inspection range of the array sensor,the experimental re-sults show that the system can meet the requirements of accurately collecting signals,and can use the collected signals for electro-magnetic tomography.
