基于济南“智慧住建”的既有房屋建筑安全信息管理平台的设计与实现

Design and Implementation of Existing Building Safety Information Management Platform Based on Jinan“Smart Residential Construction”

由于房屋自然老化、安全管理不到位等原因,近年来房屋使用安全隐患日益凸显。本文立足济南市房屋安全管理现状,以“智慧住建”大数据中心汇集的海量房屋信息、房屋普查信息、住建业务信息、住建一张图为数据支撑,以房屋安全管理为主线,按照“一库、两端、四子系统”的建设规划,打造结构优化、资源整合、高效便捷的既有房屋建筑安全管理信息平台,突破房屋安全传统管理模式,提高房屋安全的管理效率。

Due to natural aging of houses and inadequate safety management,safety hazards in the use of houses have become increasingly prominent in recent years.Based on the current situation of housing safety management in Jinan City,this paper is supported by the massive housing information,housing census information,housing construction business information and housing construction map collected by the"Smart Housing and Urban-Rural"big data center,takes housing safety management as the main line,and follows the construction planning of"one library,two ends and four subsystems".To build a structure optimization,resource integration,efficient and convenient existing housing construction safety management information platform,break through the traditional management mode of housing safety,and improve the management efficiency of housing safety.
