摘要
低温甲醇洗装置开车期间甲醇洗涤塔区域容易出现气阻现象,此现象的出现,严重影响装置开车时间,进而增加装置开车消耗。相较传统的处理方法,本文详细介绍了在大型煤化工企业,安全、环保、节能解决该现象的具体应用案例。
During the start-up of the low-temperature methanol washing unit,gas blockage is prone to occur in the methanol washing tower area,which seriously affects the start-up time of the unit and increases the start-up consumption.Compared to traditional treatment methods,this article provides a detailed introduction to specific application cases of solving this phenomenon in large coal chemical enterprises through safety,environmental protection,and energy conservation.
