基于变密度法考虑制造约束的摇架拓扑优化设计

摘要 摇架是火炮的重要组成结构,摇架减重对火炮轻量化研究具有重要意义。以某122 mm口径火炮摇架为研究对象,以合理降低其质量为研究目的,利用有限元软件对其进行强度校核并结合变密度法拓扑优化理论进行了优化设计。优化时考虑可制造性对优化添加了拔模约束和对称约束等条件,使优化后结构更加合理,利于制造。优化后摇架结构质量减少了12.87%,材料利用率更高,对重构模型进行有限元校核,结果显示该优化结构仍旧可靠。结合增材制造技术对摇架拓扑优化结构进行对比实验,实验证明该拓扑优化对原有结构刚强度影响较小,具有一定合理性。 The cradle is an important artillery structural component,and reducing the weight of the cradle is of great significance for the study of lightweight artillery.Taking a certain model of 122 mm caliber artillery cradle as the research object,the strength was checked using finite element software and optimized using the variable density method topology optimization theory with the aim of reasonably reducing its weight.The consideration of manufacturability during optimization adds draft and symmetry constraints to the optimization,making the optimized structure more reasonable and conducive to manufacturing.After optimization,the weight of the cradle structure was reduced by 12.87%,and the material utilization rate was higher.Finite element verification of the reconstructed model showed that the optimized structure was still reliable.Comparative experiments were conducted on the optimized structure of the cradle topology using additive manufacturing technology,and the results showed that the topology optimization was reasonable and had a relatively small impact on the stiffness and strength of the original structure.
