智能技术赋能学校数字化治理:内涵、框架与典型场景 被引量:2

Intelligent Technology Empowers School Digital Governance:Connotation,Framework,and Typical Scenarios

摘要 随着生成式人工智能、数据智能等技术的快速发展与应用,教育数字化战略行动向纵深推进,技术赋能学校治理成为破解诸多现实问题的有效途径,然而学界仍缺少对其内涵本质、体系构成及技术应用的深刻认识。文章首先梳理分析了学校数字化治理的内涵和特征;其次,采用内容分析法从治理目标、治理主体、治理内容、治理方式和技术支撑五个维度提炼学校数字化治理构成要素及要素关系,基于协同治理理论构建以一体化管理与服务平台为支撑的学校数字化治理体系逻辑框架;最后,探讨了生成式人工智能、教育数据挖掘、教育知识图谱等智能技术赋能学校治理的作用机理,并探析智能升级学校管理信息化、智能化推动课程/专业建设、人工智能助力教师专业发展、数据智能赋能学生管理与服务、智能平台支撑协同共育等典型场景应用与案例。 With the rapid development and application of technologies such as generative artificial intelligence and data intelligence,the strategic action of educational digitization is advancing in depth.Technological empowerment of school governance has become an effective way to solve many practical problems.However,there is still a lack of profound understanding of its connotation,system composition,and technology application in academic community.Firstly,the article analyzes the connotation and characteristics of school digital governance.Secondly,using content analysis methods,it extracts the constituent elements and their relationships of school digital governance from five dimensions:governance objectives,governance subjects,governance content,governance methods,and technical support.Based on the theory of collaborative governance,it constructs a logical framework for the school digital governance system supported by an integrated management and service platform.Finally,it explores the functional mechanisms of intelligent technologies such as generative artificial intelligence,educational data mining,and educational knowledge graphs in empowering school governance.It also examines typical scene applications and cases such as intelligent upgrading of school management informatization and intelligence,promotion of curriculum/specialty construction,artificial intelligence assistance for teacher professional development,data intelligence empowerment for student management and services,and intelligent platform support for collaborative education.
