摘要
磷酸镁水泥(MPC)是以磷酸铵镁或者磷酸钾镁为主要成分的新型气硬性胶凝材料,具有早强、快速凝结、快硬、粘结强度高等优点。文章综述了其原材料及配和比、缓凝剂、矿物掺合料对磷酸镁水泥性能的影响,以及如何提高磷酸镁水泥的粘结性和耐久性,通过分析当前研究现状梳理展望了磷酸镁水泥的研究趋势。
Magnesium phosphate cement(Mpc)is a new type of air-hardening cementitious material,which mainly consists of magnesium ammonium phosphate or magnesium potassium phosphate,and has the advantages of early strength,rapid setting,rapid hardening and high bonding strength.This paper reviewed the effects of raw materials and proportioning,retarders and mineral admixtures on the properties of magnesium phosphate cement,and how to improve the adhesion and durability of magnesium phosphate cement,analyzed the current research status,pointed out the research trend of magnesium phosphate cement.
