摘要
对某企业丁二烯球罐定期检验时,发现球罐下部环缝热影响区存在两条横向裂纹,采用GB/T19624—2019《在用含缺陷压力容器安全评定》对裂纹进行安全评定,分析缺陷产生原因,同时采用DNV软件对该设备失效可能性、失效后果进行定量计算。评定结果表明,现有缺陷已不满足继续使用要求,需进行修理。
During the regular inspection of a butadiene spherical tank in a certain enterprise,two transverse cracks were found in the heat affected zone of the lower ring seam of the tank.The safety assessment of the cracks was carried out using GB/T 19624-2019"Safety Assessment of Pressure Vessels with Defects in Service",and the causes of the defects were analyzed.At the same time,DNV software was used to quantitatively calculate the possibility and consequences of failure of the equipment.The evaluation results indicate that the existing defects no longer meet the requirements for continued use and require repair.
