中英高校药学本科教育中有机化学课程的对比与思考

Comparison of Organic Chemistry Classes in Pharmaceutical Undergraduate Education Between China and UK

国内外药学学科的飞速发展需要具有创新能力和扎实理论基础兼备的专业应用型人才,有机化学作为重要的专业基础课程之一,目前以不同官能团为主线的有机化学教学模式存在些许不足,不利于药学专业学生对各类有机化学反应的理解和运用。为了提高药学本科生对专业理论的学习效果,并提高他们在科研实践中的主观能动性,对比了中英两所高校(海军军医大学与英国纽卡斯尔大学)在有机化学教学中的侧重点,发现学生对基础有机化学理论的掌握,可以促进理论到实践的转化,有利于学生发展创新思维,满足当下大型医药企业的国际化发展对具有创新能力和扎实理论基础兼备的专业应用型人才的需求。

The rapid development of pharmaceutical science worldwide requires professional talents with both innovation capabilities and a solid theoretical foundation.However,the current teaching mode of organic chemistry,organized around different functional groups,has certain shortcomings,which may hinder the understanding and application of various organic chemical reactions by pharmacy students.This article compares the difference in the organic chemistry teaching between British and Chinese Universities.It suggests that the mastery of basic organic chemistry theory can significantly drive medicinal students'the application of organic chemistry theories and develops their innovative thinking.
