摘要
在蒽醌法生产双氧水中,因白土床无法完全将副反应产生的惰性降解物再生为有效蒽醌,惰性降解物在工艺生产中不断积累影响工作液的物理性质,造成萃取效率降低,双氧水产能下降,碱洗成为处理惰性降解物的一种解决方案。随着工艺迭代,自动碱洗装置逐渐投入应用,它相比于传统碱洗工艺,其可以将0.3%~0.5%的循环工作液间歇性地引出主装置进行碱洗。可有效提高双氧水生产过程中的安全可靠性、降低固定资产投入和生产运行成本,并且占地少的成套自动碱洗装置在全酸性工作液体系推广的今天具有更多可操作性。
In the production of hydrogen peroxide by anthraquinone method,because the clay bed cannot completely regenerate the inert degradants produced by the side reaction into effective anthraquinones,the inert degradants continue to accumulate in the process production and affect the physical properties of the working liquid,resulting in the reduction of extraction efficiency and the reduction of hydrogen peroxide production capacity,and alkali washing has become a solution for the treatment of inert degradants.With the iteration of the process,the automatic caustic washing device has been gradually put into use,and compared with the traditional caustic washing process,it can intermittently lead 0.3%-0.5%of the circulating working liquid out of the main device for caustic washing.It can effectively improve the safety and reliability in the production process of hydrogen peroxide,reduce the investment of fixed assets and production and operation costs,and the complete set of automatic caustic washing equipment with a small area has more operability in today's promotion of all-acid working fluid system.
