珠江口盆地海上天然气勘探开发成本因素探讨

Discussion on Cost Factors of Offshore Natural Gas Exploration and Development in the Pearl River Mouth Basin

海上天然气开发成本居高不下,严重制约着天然气市场发展。文章研究分析认为,天然气的地理位置、资源品质、开发方式等是影响海气开发成本的关键因素。结合南海东部实际开发经验,分别从勘探、开发、生产等方面提出降本举措。并针对占比较大的开发投资方面提出了5个方向投资成本控制路径,如采用无人平台的设计及管理理念,可节约30%以上的生产维护成本,对降低开发成本有较大的意义。

The high cost of offshore natural gas development seriously restricts the development of natural gas market.The geographical location,resource quality and development mode of natural gas are the key factors affecting the cost of marine gas development.Based on the actual development experience in the eastern part of the South China Sea,this paper puts forward cost reduction measures from exploration,development and production.And for the relatively large development investment,it puts forward f ive directions of investment cost control paths,such as the use of unmanned platform design and management concept,can save more than 30%of production and maintenance costs,which is of great signif icance for reducing development costs.
