基于氯碱智能工厂建设需求的数字化设计与交付研究

摘要 随着工程项目数字化设计、智能化管理的能力提升,传统氯碱行业顺应发展潮流,也开启了智能工厂的建设。文章从实现氯碱智能工厂建设的需求出发,分析数字化设计与交付互为支撑的关系和对设计工作方式的改变,探索了一套适合氯碱工厂的数字化交付内容、数据格式和交付流程,形成一套基于氯碱智能工厂建设需求的数字化设计和交付方法论,为氯碱智能工厂建设提供数据支撑,助力氯碱工厂实现智能化管理。 With the improvement of the ability of digital design and intelligent management of engineering projects,the traditional chlor-alkali industry conforms to the development trend and also opens the construction of smart factories.Based on the demand for the construction of chlor-alkali smart factory,this paper analyzes the relationship between digital design and delivery and the changes to the design work mode,explores a set of digital delivery content,data format and delivery process suitable for chlor-alkali factory,and forms a set of digital design and delivery methodology based on the construction demand of chlor-alkali smart factory.Provide data support for the construction of chlor-alkali smart factory,and help chlor-alkali factory realize intelligent management.
