摘要
目前国内高校大多建立了较为完善的实验室安全管理机制,但实验室安全事故仍时有发生,根源在于实验室安全责任人基层安全管理能力不足。文章结合哲学、心理学等理论,分析了高校实验室安全责任人基层管理存在的问题,探寻提升安全责任人管理效能的路径,提出了唤醒安全责任人的安全意识、塑造高度责任心、培养安全专业能力的建议,并制定行之有效的激励机制为管理效能提升提供保障。
At present,most of the domestic colleges and universities have established a relatively perfect laboratory safety management mechanism,but laboratory safety accidents still occur from time to time,the root cause is the lack of safety management ability of the laboratory safety responsible person.Combining philosophy,psychology and other theories,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the grass-roots management of laboratory safety personnel in colleges and universities,explores ways to improve the management eff iciency of safety personnel,puts forward suggestions to awaken the safety awareness of safety personnel,shape a high sense of responsibility,and cultivate safety professional ability,and formulates an effective incentive mechanism to provide guarantee for the improvement of management eff iciency.
