分散染料无水染色涤纶纱线工艺探究

摘要 涤纶纱线传统染色方法需要消耗大量的水与热能,并对环境造成的严重损害,而当前探索的涤纶无水染色工艺还存在染色压力高、易污染设备、成本高等问题。用A、B、C、D与E五种品牌分散染料墨水采用离心匀色法分别对一定量的涤纶纱线进行无水染色,探究一种涤纶纱线水洗不掉色、皂洗不沾色的新型无水染色工艺。结果表明不同品牌分散染料墨水及对应的固色时间对染色纱线的水洗牢度、色泽深度与皂洗沾色性有重要影响,其中A、C与D品牌分散染料墨水对300m长涤纶纱线的最佳上墨量为0.3mL,其最佳固色工艺是于195℃保温4min。采用这种方法染色的涤纶纱线具有水洗不掉色,皂洗不沾色特征,其沾色牢度等级均在4级及以上。 Traditional dyeing methods for polyester require a lot of water and heat energy consumption and cause serious damage to the environment.At present,the current polyester waterless dyeing process still has some problems such as high dyeing pressure,easy contamination of equipment and high cost.The five brands of disperse dye inks A,B,C,D and E are used to dye a certain amount of polyester yarns by centrifugal homogenization method,and a new waterless dyeing process of polyester yarn is explored,which does not fade after washing and does not stain after soaping.The results show that different brands of disperse dye inks and the corresponding fixing time have important effects on the washing fastness,color depth and soap-staining properties of dyed yarns.The optimal inking amount of cyan dye inks of brands A,C and D for 300 m polyester yarns is 0.3ml,and the best fixation process is to keep the temperature at 195℃for 4 min.Polyester yarns dyed using this method exhibits characteristics of being colorfast to washing and resistant to staining during soaping.The colorfastness rating is at level 4 or above.
