步态识别智能护膝的制备及其在关节康复训练中的应用

摘要 随着智能可穿戴产品不断涌现,兼顾舒适性与智能性的服装越来越受消费者喜爱。智能传感设备与服装相结合,可以极大地发挥智能性、舒适性和质轻性等特点,从而广泛应用于人体监测、医疗康复及运动竞技等领域。将锦纶、导电银纱线和氨纶进行编织,制备了一种弹性电容型纱线应变传感器,并将其成功集成到运动护膝中。通过合理布局传感器区域,确保传感器准确地感知人体运动,实现了具有高灵敏度和稳定性的多区域应变传感智能护膝的设计与制备。收集人体异常步态运动数据,采用高效的运动特征提取和机器学习算法对数据进行分析与识别,最终成功构建了智能关节损伤康复辅助训练系统,为康复训练领域带来了新的发展机遇。 With the continuous emergence of intelligent wearable products,clothing that balances comfort and intelligence is becoming increasingly popular among consumers.The combination of intelligent sensing devices and clothing can greatly leverage the characteristics of intelligence,comfort,and lightweight,thus being widely used in fields such as human monitoring,medical rehabilitation,and sports competitions.Nylon,conductive silver yarn and spandex are knitted to prepare an elastic capacitive yarn strain sensor,which is successfully integrated into a sports knee pad.The design and preparation of a multi area strain sensing intelligent knee pad with high sensitivity and stability have been achieved by reasonably arranging the sensor area to ensure accurate perception of human motion.We collected abnormal gait motion data from the human body,analyzed and identified the data using efficient motion feature extraction and machine learning algorithms,and ultimately success-fully constructed an intelligent joint injury rehabilitation auxiliary training system,bringing new development opportunities to the field of rehabilitation training.
