硼对高铬预置堆焊合金组织及耐磨性的影响

摘要 采用H08A明弧堆焊预置高铬合金粉末从而形成高铬堆焊合金,再借助金相显微镜、X射线衍射仪及扫描电镜等手段,考察了硼铁含量对合金的显微组织及耐磨性的影响。结果表明,随着硼铁含量的增加,Fe_(2)N相和Fe_(3)C相逐渐减少,铁素体晶胞长大,富B的共晶组织增多,合金表层硬度增加,磨损失重变小,并随后产生了少量的裂纹和较小的剥落坑。
