达格列净联合二甲双胍对T2DM合并急性心肌梗死患者血糖水平的影响

Effect of Dapagliflozin Combined with Metformin on Blood Glucose Level in Patients with T2DM Complicated with Acute Myocardial Infarction

目的探究2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM)合并急性心肌梗死患者治疗中二甲双胍联合达格列净对血糖水平的影响。方法回顾性选取2020年1月—2024年1月中国人民解放军陆军第七十三集团军医院收治的130例T2DM合并急性心肌梗死患者的临床资料,按照治疗方式不同分为两组,各65例。常规组采用二甲双胍治疗,观察组采用二甲双胍联合达格列净治疗。比较组间血糖(空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白)水平、不良反应(血压过低、恶心呕吐、低血糖、头痛眩晕)发生率、临床疗效。结果治疗30 d后,观察组血糖水平低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组临床疗效高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论二甲双胍联合达格列净治疗T2DM合并急性心肌梗死,可有效缓解患者血糖水平,未见不良反应明显增加,临床疗效显著。

Objective To explore the effect of metformin combined with dapagliflozin on blood glucose level in pa-tients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)complicated with acute myocardial infarction.Methods The clinical data of 130 patients with T2DM complicated with acute myocardial infarction admitted to the 73rd Group Military Hospital of Chinese People's Liberation Army from January 2020 to January 2024 were retrospectively selected and divided into two groups according to the different treatment methods,with 65 cases in each group.The conventional group was treated with metformin,and the observation group was treated with metformin combined with dapagliflozin.The blood glucose levels(fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin A1c),incidence of ad-verse reactions(low blood pressure,nausea and vomiting,hypoglycemia,headache and dizziness)and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results After 30 days of treatment,the blood glucose levels of the observation group were lower than that of the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The clinical efficacy of the observation group was higher than that of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Metformin combined with dapagliflozin in the treatment of T2DM complicated with acute myocardial infarction can effectively alleviate the blood glucose level of patients,no significant increase in ad-verse reactions,and the clinical effect is significant.
