达格列净联合阿托伐他汀治疗早期糖尿病肾病的临床疗效分析

Clinical Efficacy of Dapagliflozin Combined with Atorvastatin in the Treat⁃ment of Early Diabetic Nephropathy

目的探究达格列净联合阿托伐他汀治疗早期糖尿病肾病的效果。方法选取2020年1月—2022年10月涟水县中医院收治的76例早期糖尿病肾病患者,按治疗方法不同分为对照组和观察组,各38例,分别以达格列净、达格列净联合阿托伐他汀钙治疗,对比两组血糖指标、肾功能指标及不良反应。结果治疗后,观察组空腹血糖、餐后血糖、糖化血红蛋白均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗后,观察组胱抑素C、同型半胱氨酸、尿白蛋白排泄率指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论早期糖尿病肾病采用达格列净联合阿他伐托汀钙进行治疗效果较好,利于肾脏功能恢复。

Objective To explore the effect of dapagliflozin combined with atorvastatin in the treatment of early dia-betic nephropathy.Methods A total of 76 patients with early diabetic nephropathy admitted to Lianshui County Hospi-tal of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to October 2022 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment methods,with 38 cases in each group.The two groups were treated with dapagliflozin,dapagliflozin combined with atorvastatin calcium,respectively.The blood glucose indexes,renal function indexes and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,fasting blood glucose,postprandial blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin A1c in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,cystatin C,homocys-teine and urinary albumin excretion rates in observation group were better than those in control group,and the differ-ences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than that in control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The treatment of early diabetic nephropathy with dapagliflozin combined with atvastatin calcium is effective and beneficial to renal function recovery.
