剖宫产同时行子宫肌瘤剔除术中应用卡前列素氨丁三醇和缩宫素的临床效果比较

Comparison of Clinical Effects of Carboprost Tromethamine and Oxytocin in Uterine Myomectomy During Cesarean Section

目的分析行剖宫产同时进行子宫肌瘤剔除术时采用卡前列素氨丁三醇和缩宫素的临床效果。方法非随机选取2021年11月—2023年11月天水市第一人民医院收治的70例剖宫产同时行子宫肌瘤剔除术患者。根据术中使用不同的药物分为两组,每35例。研究组使用卡前列素氨丁三醇,参照组使用缩宫素。比较两组手术时间、术中和术后出血量及不良反应。结果两组手术时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组术中出血量(253.45±90.63)mL和术后出血量(104.36±50.75)mL明显少于对照组术中出血量(379.81±110.57)mL和术后出血量(148.92±61.83)mL,差异有统计学意义(t=5.229、3.296,P均<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论行剖宫产的同时进行子宫肌瘤剔除术时,使用卡前列素氨丁三醇能明显减少术中和术后出血量,且不良反应较少。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of carboprost tromethamine and oxytocin in cesarean section and myomectomy.Methods A total of 70 patients admitted to the First People's Hospital of Tianshui City from November 2021 to November 2023 who underwent cesarean section with simultaneous uterine myomectomy were non-randomy selected.They were divided into two groups according to the intraoperative use of different drugs,each 35 cases.The study group used carboprost tromethamine and the reference group used oxytocin.Surgical time,intraoperative and postoperative bleeding and adverse effects were compared between the two groups.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the operative time between the two groups(P>0.05).Intraoperative bleeding(253.45±90.63)mL and postoperative bleeding(104.36±50.75)mL in the study group were significantly less than intraoperative bleed-ing(379.81±110.57)mL and postoperative bleeding(148.92±61.83)mL in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=5.229,3.296,both P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of carbo-prost tromethamine significantly reduces intraoperative and postoperative bleeding with fewer adverse effects when performing cesarean section with simultaneous myomectomy.
