基于四位一体探析五苓散治疗肾病综合征

Discussion on Wuling Powder in the Treatment of Nephrotic Syndrome Based on Four⁃in⁃one Theory

“四位一体”是司国民教授提出的全新经方研究方法,从“性、位、势、证”4个维度指导经方应用,五苓散全方由甘药组成,甘淡药物居多,整体偏温性;方位在三焦;方势使水道上下通利,使津液淡化内外;方证包括太阳蓄水证、水湿内停证之霍乱、湿热之黄疸等,在现代则广泛应用于泌尿系统、神经系统等多种水液代谢障碍疾病;肾病综合征属中医“水肿”范畴,病位在肾,与肺、脾、膀胱、三焦等脏腑密切相关,可在“四位一体”思路下应用五苓散。

Four⁃in⁃one theory is a new research method proposed by Professor Si Guomin.Starting from four⁃in⁃one theory,Wuling powder is composed of sweet medicine,mostly sweet and bland drugs,and the overall nature of formula is warm⁃natured.The disease is located in sanjiao.The tendency makes the waterway up and down and makes fluid and humor inside and outside with bland.The syndrome includes greater yang water⁃retention syndrome,cholera of syndrome of dampness encumbrance and jaundice of dampness⁃heat pattern/syndrome.In modern times,it is widely used in many diseases of water metabolism such as urinary system and nervous system.Nephrotic syndrome belongs to the category of“edema”in traditional Chinese medicine,and the disease is located in the kidney,which is closely related to the lungs,spleen,bladder,sanjiao and other organs.Therefore,Wuling powder can be applied under the four⁃in⁃one theory.
