清金化痰汤联合针刺治疗痰热壅肺型慢性阻塞性肺疾病临床研究

Qingjin Huatan Decoction Combined with Acupuncture in the Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease of Phlegm⁃heat Accumulation in Lung Type

目的观察运用清金化痰汤联合针刺治疗痰热壅肺型慢性阻塞性肺病(以下简称慢阻肺)的临床效果。方法将90例符合纳入标准的痰热壅肺型慢阻肺患者分成对照组和治疗组,每组45例。对照组行常规西医治法,治疗组行常规西医加清金化痰汤联合针刺。疗程结束时,用临床症状体征积分、6MWD、CAT评分分析患者的临床疗效。结果治疗后,治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组临床证候积分、CAT得分低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组6 MWD大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用清金化痰汤联合针刺治疗,对慢阻肺的临床效果有明显的改善,对其临床症状有明显改善。
