补中益气汤联合酸枣仁汤治疗恩肠易激综合征肛门坠胀伴焦虑临床观察

Buzhong Yiqi Decoction Combined with Suanzaoren Decoction in the Treatment of Anal Distention with Anxiety of Irritable Bowel Syndrome

目的观察补中益气汤联合酸枣仁汤治疗肠易激综合征肛门坠胀伴焦虑的临床疗效。方法选取2021年5月—2023年6月于寿光市中医医院治疗的90例患者,随机分成对照组和治疗组,各45例。对照组给予补中益气丸、氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片,治疗组口服补中益气汤、酸枣仁汤。统计治疗14 d、28 d的疗效、汉密尔顿量表(Hamilton anxiety scale,HAMA)评分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(Pittsburgh sleep quality index,PSQI)评分、不良反应发生率等各项指标,并将2组数据进行比较。结果治疗14 d后,对照组总有效率明显高于治疗组(P<0.05);治疗28 d后,对照组总有效率与治疗组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组HAMA、PSQI评分均明显降低(P<0.05)。治疗14 d后,对照组HAMA评分明显低于治疗组(P<0.05);治疗28 d后,治疗组评分与对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗14 d、28 d后,治疗组PSQI评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组不良应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论补中益气汤联合酸枣仁汤治疗肠易激综合征肛门坠胀伴焦虑疗效稳定,不良反应少,值得推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Buzhong Yiqi decoction combined with Suanzaoren decoction on anal distention with anxiety of irritable bowel syndrome.Methods A total of 90 patients with anal distension and anxiety from May 2020 to September 2022 were randomly divided into control group of 45 cases and treatment group of 45 cases.The control group was treated with Buzhong Yiqi pills combined with Deanxit,while the treatment group was treated with Buzhong Yiqi decoction and Suanzaoren decoction.After 14 and 28 days of treatment,the efficacy,the score of Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA),the Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)of the two groups were evaluated and statistically compared.Results After 14 days of treatment,the total effective rate of control group was significantly higher than that of treatment group(P<0.05).After 28 days of treatment,there was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the control group and the treatment group(P>0.05).After treatment,HAMA and PSQI scores in 2 groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05).After 14 days of treatment,HAMA score of the control group was significantly lower than that of the treatment group(P<0.05),and after 28 days of treatment,there was no statistically significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05).After 14 and 28 days of treatment,PSQI scores in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse effects in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Buzhong Yiqi decoction combined with Suanzaoren decoction in the treatment of anal distension with anxiety has stable efficacy and less adverse reactions,and is worth promoting.
