摘要
目的研究刺五加配伍栀子对妊娠期抑郁症的治疗效果。方法随机将72例妊娠期抑郁症患者分为研究组和对照组,对照组(36例)行心理治疗,研究组(36例)在此基础上加用刺五加配伍栀子,于治疗4周、8周再次评估患者心理状况,并追踪妊娠结局。结果2组孕妇在治疗前、治疗4周后抑郁评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但在治疗8周后研究组抑郁评分显著降低(P<0.05)。2组剖宫产率、流产及早产率、新生儿低评分发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但研究组产后出血率低于对照组而新生儿出生体质量高于对照组(P>0.05)。结论妊娠期抑郁症患者采用刺五加配伍栀子能提高抗抑郁效果,并降低产后出血率及新生儿低体质量发生率,改善妊娠结局。
Objective To study the treatment effect of Acanthopanax Senticosus extract compatible with Gardenia jasminoides on depression during pregnancy.Methods A total of 72 patients with depression during pregnancy were randomly divided into observation group and control group(n=36).The control group underwent psychotherapy,and the observation group(n=36)was supplemented with Acanthopanax Senticosus extract compatible with Gardenia jasminoides on the basis of psychotherapy.Their psychological status were assessed again at 4 weeks and 8 weeks after treatment,and their pregnancy outcomes were tracked.Results There was no significant difference in depression scores between the two groups before and after 4 weeks of treatment(P>0.05),but depression scores in the study group after 8 weeks of treatment were significantly reduced(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the rate of cesarean section,abortion and premature delivery,and the incidence of low neonatal score between the two groups(P>0.05),but the postpartum hemorrhage rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group,while the birth weight of the newborn was higher than that of the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion The use of Acanthopanax Senticosus extract compatible with Gardenia jasminoides in patients with depression during pregnancy can improve the antidepressant effect,and reduce the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage and neonatal incidence of low body weight,and improve pregnancy outcomes.
