经皮穴位电刺激联合醒脑静辅助治疗急性酒精中毒临床观察

Transcutaneous Electrical Stimulation of Acupoints Combined with Xingnaojing Injection in the Adjuvant Treatment of Acute Alcoholism

目的观察经皮穴位电刺激联合醒脑静辅助治疗急性酒精中毒临床疗效。方法将101例急性酒精中毒患者分组,对照组予纳洛酮,观察组再加联合方案,评价疗效和检测指标。结果观察组总有效率较对照组明显更高(P<0.05);治疗后观察组呕吐分级低于对照组(P<0.05);2组BrAC在治疗后120 min均改善(P<0.05),观察组酒精浓度较对照组更低、SOD更高;2组肝功能指标均有改善,观察组ALT和AST改善明显(P<0.05);观察组MMSE更高。结论该联合方案治疗急性酒精中毒疗效确切,能降低血液酒精含量,增强组织氧合作用,改善呕吐症状、肝功能和神经功能评分。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of transcutaneous electrical stimulation of acupoints combined with Xingnaojing injection in the adjuvant treatment of acute alcoholism.Methods A total of 101 cases of acute alcoholism patients were grouped into control group received naloxone and observation group was added with the combined program on the basis of control group.The efficacy and detection indexes was evaluated.Results The effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher(P<0.05),the vomiting grade of the observation group was lower than that of the control group after treatment(P<0.05),BrAC in both groups was improved 120 min after treatment(P<0.05),the alcohol concentration in the observation group was lower,SOD was higher,liver function indexes in both groups were improved.ALT and AST were significantly improved in observation group(P<0.05),and MMSE was higher in observation group.Conclusion The efficacy of this combination plan in the treatment of acute alcoholism is accurate,which can reduce the blood alcohol content,enhance the oxygenation of tissues,and improve the symptoms of vomiting,liver function and neurological function scores.
