中医适宜技术壮医经筋推拿治疗骶髂关节炎临床观察

Influence of Meridian Massage and Nursing Intervention on Sacroiliac Arthritis

目的观察中医适宜技术壮医经筋推拿治疗骶髂关节炎的效果。方法纳入120例骶髂关节炎患者,应用随机数字表法将患者分为2组各60例,对照组采用常规护理康复训练治疗,观察组在对照组基础上予中医适宜技术壮医经筋推拿治疗,2组疗程均为1个月。比较治疗前后骶髂关节炎症状及体征评分、JOA下腰痛评估量表评分及治疗后的效果。结果治疗1个月后,观察组有效率明显高于对照组;2组症状体征评分明显高于治疗前,且观察组总分高于对照组;2组JOA腰痛评定量表总分明显高于治疗前,且观察组评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医适宜技术壮医经筋推拿配合常规护理康复训练,有助于减轻腰痛症状,改善临床症状和体征,从而促进骶髂关节炎的康复。

Objective To observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine appropriate technique of Zhuang medicine meridian massage on sacroiliac arthritis.Methods A total of 120 patients with sacroiliac arthritis were included and divided into 2 groups by random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing rehabilitation training,and the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the control group.The treatment course of both groups was one month.Symptoms and signs of sacroiliac arthritis before and after treatment,JOA low back pain Assessment Scale score and the effect after treatment were compared.Results After one month of treatment,the effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group.The score of symptom and sign observation scale in two groups was significantly higher than before treatment,and the total score of observation group was higher than that of control group.The total score of JOA low back pain rating scale in 2 groups was significantly higher than before treatment,and the score in observation group was higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine is appropriate for Zhuang medicine meridian massage combined with routine nursing rehabilitation training,is helpful to reduce the symptoms of low back pain,improve clinical symptoms and signs,and promote the rehabilitation of sacroiliac arthritis.
