中医治疗原发性痛经的可视化分析

Visual Analysis of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Primary Dysmenorrhea Based on Citespace Knowledge Map

目的了解中医治疗原发性痛经领域的研究现状及研究热点,为将来的研究提供参考。方法运用可视化分析软件CiteSpace 6.1.R6对中国知网(CNKI)中2013年1月1日—2022年12月31日收录的中医治疗原发性痛经文献进行数据可视化处理。结果经过筛选,共纳入1054篇文献。年发文量总体呈现逐年上升的趋势;发文量最多的机构是广州中医药大学;关键词分析可知,研究的内容集中在针灸、穴位贴敷、临床研究等;关键词突现强度最大的是寒凝血瘀。结论当前的研究热点为热敏灸对原发性痛经的临床疗效研究,随着研究的不断深入,针药结合和全息疗法会成为新的研究方向,对热敏灸的作用机制和联合治疗的研究会成为新的热点,随着研究的内容逐渐完善,研究的方向会更加多元化。

Objective To understand the current research status and research hotspots in the field of TCM in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea(PD),and to provide direction for future research.MethodssData analysis CiteSpace 6.1.R6 was used to visualize the literature on PD treated by traditional Chinese medicine in China National Knowledge Network(CNKI)from January 1,2013 to December 31,2022.Results After screening,a total of 1054 literatures were included.The annual number of published papers showed an increasing trend year by year.Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine published the most articles.Keyword analysis showed that the content of the research is concentrated in acupuncture,acupoint application and clinical research and so on.The most prominent key words were cold coagulation and blood stasis.Conclusion The current research focus is the clinical effect of heat-sensitive moxibustion on PD.With the deepening of research,the next step will be the combination of acupuncture and medicine and holographic therapy,and the research on the mechanism of heat-sensitive moxibustion and combined treatment will become a new hot spot.The research content will be gradually improved and the research direction will be more diversified.
