孙光荣益肾振阳汤穴位贴敷联合小儿推拿对矮小症的影响

Yishen Zhenyang Decoction Acupoint Application of Sun Guangrong Combined with Pediatric Massage in the Treatment of Short Stature

目的基于中和思想探究孙光荣益肾振阳汤穴位贴敷联合小儿推拿治疗矮小症的疗效。方法选取2022年10月—2023年10月赣州市中医院收治的矮小症患儿80例,分为对照组和试验组,各40例。对照组予小儿推拿干预,试验组在对照组基础上予孙光荣益肾振阳汤穴位贴敷,比较2组治疗前后的疗效相关指标。结果干预后,2组患儿身高、体质量均增长(P<0.05),且试验组均高于对照组(P<0.05);2组患儿中医证候积分降低(P<0.05),且试验组低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组治疗总有效率、护理满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论孙光荣益肾振阳汤穴位贴敷联合小儿推拿能够有效促进小儿的生长发育,增长矮小症儿童的身高、体质量,提高护理满意度。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Yishen Zhenyang decoction acupoint application of Sun Guangrong combined with pediatric massage on short stature.Methods A total of 80 children with short stature admitted to Ganzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2023 to October 2023 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given pediatric massage for 6 months,while the treatment group was treated with Yishen Zhenyang decoction acupoint application of Sun Guangrong on the basis of the control group for 6 months.The clinical efficacy,height,body mass,TCM syndrome score and nursing satisfaction were compared between two groups.Results After intervention,the height and body mass of the two groups increased(P<0.05),and the experimental group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).The scores of TCM syndrome in 2 groups were decreased(P<0.05),and the experimental group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate and nursing satisfaction of experimental group were higher than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Yishen Zhenyang decoction acupoint application of Sun Guangrong and pediatric massage can effectively promote the growth and development of children,increase the height and body weight of children with short stature,and improve the satisfaction of family members.
