熏洗联合电热针灸治疗混合痔术后疼痛临床研究

Chinese Medicine Fumigation Combined with Electrothermal Acupuncture in the Treatment of Postoperative Pain of Mixed Hemorrhoids

目的观察中药熏洗联合电热针灸治疗混合痔术后疼痛的临床疗效。方法随机将64例拟行混合痔手术的患者分为联合组和对照组,各32例。术后,联合组采用舒宁洗剂熏洗联合电热针灸,对照组采用电热针灸,观察2组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗后,联合组失眠率、疼痛评分、创缘水肿评分、排尿情况评分均低于对照组(P<0.05),联合组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自制中药舒宁洗剂熏洗联合电热针灸可明显缓解混合痔术后疼痛。

Objective To observe the efficacy of Chinese medicine fumigation combined with electrothermal acupuncture in the treatment of postoperative pain of mixed hemorrhoids.Methods A total of 64 patients with postoperative pain of mixed hemorrhoids were randomly divided into combined group(Chinese medicine fumigation combined with electrothermal acupuncture)and control group(electrothermal acupuncture).The therapeutic effect was observed.Results After treatment,the insomnia rate,pain score,traumatic edge edema score and urination score of the combined group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),the total treatment effective rate of the combined group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Shuning lotion fumigation combined with electrothermal acupuncture significantly relieves postoperative pain of mixed hemorrhoids.
