中医外治法在分娩镇痛中的应用

Research Progress on the Application of External Therapy of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Labor Analgesia

近年来,中医外治法作为一种独特的疗法,在中医理论的指导下,取得了显著的成果,不仅能够有效缓解产妇的分娩疼痛,而且还具有简单、便捷、高效、经济实惠的优点,深受产妇青睐。笔者查阅文献,将近几年中医外治法在分娩镇痛的应用现状进行综述,主要有针刺、芳香疗法及联合疗法等,并总结目前中医外治法在分娩镇痛中的优点和缺点,以期为临床治疗提供参考。

In recent years,external therapy of traditional Chinese medicine,as a unique therapy,has achieved remarkable results under the guidance of traditional Chinese medicine theory.It can not only effectively relieve the labor pain of puerpera,but also has the advantages of simplicity,convenience,high efficiency and economic benefits,favored by pregnant women.The authors reviewed the literature in recent years,and made a review of the application status of external therapy of traditional Chinese medicine in labor analgesia in recent years,mainly including acupuncture,aromatherapy and combination therapy.It also summarized the advantages and disadvantages of the current external therapy of traditional Chinese medicine in labor analgesia,in order to provide reference for clinical treatment.
