齐拉西酮联合阿立哌唑对老年痴呆患者血脂和认知功能的影响

Effects of Ziprasidone Combined with Aripiprazole on Blood Lipids and Cognitive Function in Senile Dementia Patients

目的探究齐拉西酮联合阿立哌唑对老年痴呆(Alzheimer′s disease,AD)患者血脂和认知功能的影响。方法按随机数字表法将2020年03月-2023年03月在南阳市第四人民医院接受治疗的92例老年AD患者,随机分成两组。其中,对照组(n=46)给予齐拉西酮进行治疗;观察组(n=46)给予齐拉西酮联合阿立哌唑进行治疗,持续治疗8周。对比两组临床疗效、血脂水平、认知功能,并统计不良反应发生情况。结果观察组有效率显著较对照组高(P<0.05)。与同组治疗前比较,两组治疗后血脂水平无差异;且观察组血脂水平与对照组相比均无显著差异(P>0.05)。观察组治疗后蒙特利尔认知评估量表评分较对照组高(P<0.05);两组不良反应比较无差异(P>0.05)。结论齐拉西酮联合阿立哌唑治疗老年AD患者,能提高治疗效果,改善患者认知功能水平,对患者血脂代谢影响较低,且安全性较高。

Objective To explore the effect of ziprasidone combined with aripiprazole on blood lipids and cognitive function in patients with Alzheimer's disease(AD).Methods 92 elderly AD patients treated in Nanyang Fourth People's Hospital from March 2020 to March 2023 were randomly divided into two groups according to the random number table method.Among them,the control group(n=46)was treated with ziprasipam;the observation group(n=46)was treated with ziprasidone combined with aripiprazole for 8 weeks.The clinical efficacy,blood lipid levels,and cogmitive functions of the two groups were compared,and the occurrence of adverse reactions was counted..Results The effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the same group before treatment,there was no difference in the blood lipid levels between the two groups after treatment;and there was no significant difference in the blood lipid levels between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).The Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale score of the observation group after treatment was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);there was no difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Ziprasidone combined with aripiprazole in the treatment of elderly AD patients can improve the therapeutic effect,improve the cognitive function of patients,has a low impact on patients'blood lipid metabolism,and is highly safe.
