摘要
高职院校岗位设置是高职院校人事制度改革和有效实施人才强校战略的关键。以H省高职院校为例,结合高职院校特点,探讨分析在实施教师岗位设置、聘用过程中存在的问题及对策,同时,对高职院校教师岗位设置制度的创新改进,提供相应的理论支撑。
The post setting in higher vocational colleges is the key to the personnel system reform and the effective implementation of school-running strategy.Taking higher vocational colleges in H province as an example,combined with the characteristics of higher vocational colleges,this paper discusses the existing problems and countermeasures in the process of implementing teacher post setting and employment,and provides corresponding theoretical support for the innovation and improvement of the teacher post setting system in higher vocational colleges.
