摘要
面对景德镇国家陶瓷文化传承创新试验区成立带来的新机遇,陶瓷行业必须保持动态创新,以创造性利用知识资源替代过度消耗自然资源,以自主创新替代模仿创新,而人才创新能力的提升在其中起到了至关重要的作用。通过实证分析研究法,验证了景德镇陶瓷行业人才创新影响因素的理论模型,即组织创新氛围会通过影响个体心理授权水平影响其创新。基于实证研究结论,聚焦激发陶瓷行业人才创新,提出五点管理建议。
Faced with the new opportunities brought by the establishment of the Jingdezhen National Ceramic Culture Inheritance and Innovation Pilot Zone,the ceramic industry must maintain dynamic innovation and replace excessive consumption of natural resources with creative utilization of knowledge resources and imitation innovation with independent innovation.The improvement of talent innovation ability plays a crucial role in this process.Through empirical analysis and research,theoretical model of the influencing factors of talent innovation in the ceramic industry of Jingdezhen has been verified,that is,the organizational innovation atmosphere will affect individual psychological empowerment levels,thereby affecting their innovation.Based on empirical research conclusions,focusing on stimulating talent innovation in the ceramic industry,five management suggestions are proposed.
