针肋微通道热沉的拓扑优化方法

摘要 为了提高液冷微通道热沉的散热性能,基于材料属性有理近似方法,最小化基底加热面平均温度和能量耗散,提出不同针肋结构微通道热沉的对流传热多目标耦合拓扑优化方法,结合移动渐近线方法求解数学优化模型,以期获得最佳针肋优化结构。计算结果表明,优化后针肋结构散热性能更好,在泵功相同的情况下,优化后的顺排与叉排针肋阵列的综合传热因子分别比矩形光滑微通道提高了31.20%、32.19%,压降降低了51.71%、54.68%,为微通道热沉散热技术提供了可靠的理论指导。 For the purposes of improving the heat dissipation performance of liquid-cooled micro-channel heat sinks,this paper proposes a multi-objective coupled topology optimization method for the convective heat transfer of microchannel heat sinks with different pin-fin structures based on the materi-al property rational approximation method,aiming to minimize the average temperature of the substrate heating surface and the energy dissipation.The results show that the multi-objective optimal structure has good heat transfer performance.As the same pumping power,the comprehensive heat transfer effi-ciency of the optimized inline and staggered pin-fin arrays increases by 31.20%and 32.19%,and the pressure drops decrease by 51.71%and 54.68%,respectively,compared with the smooth rectangular.The results can provide reliable theoretical basis and application support for the electronic chip cooling technology.
