摘要
目的系统评价3D打印导板辅助椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折的疗效及安全性。方法计算机检索中国知网、万方数据知识服务平台、中国生物医学文献服务系统、维普资讯中文期刊服务平台、Embase、PubMed、The Cochrane Library等数据库,收集有关3D打印导板辅助椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折的文献。在筛选文献、提取资料及质量评价后,采用RevMan 5.4软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入11篇文献。Meta分析结果显示,与传统组相比,导板组的手术时间更短,术中透视次数更少,并发症发生率更低(P<0.05),但两组术后疼痛视觉模拟量表评分、术后Oswestry功能障碍指数评分、骨水泥注入量的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论3D打印导板辅助椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折可缩短手术时间,减少术中透视次数,降低并发症发生率,具有较好的临床应用价值。
Objective To systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of vertebroplasty assisted by 3D printed guided‐plate for the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture.Methods Literature related to vertebroplasty assisted by 3D printed guided‐plate for the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture was collected by retrieving the databases of China National Knowledge Infrastructure,Wanfang Database Knowledge Service Platform,Chinese Biomedical Literature Service System,VIP,Embase,PubMed,and The Cochrane Library,etc.After literature screening,data extraction and quality evaluation,the RevMan 5.4 software was used to perform Meta analysis.Results A total of 11 literature was enrolled.The results of Meta‐analysis revealed that compared with the convention group,the guided‐plate group exhibited shorter operation duration,less intraoperative perspective frequency,and a lower incidence rate of complications(P<0.05),but there was no statistically significant difference in Visual Analogue Scale score for pain,postoperative Oswestry disability index score,and the amount of bone cement injection between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Vertebroplasty assisted by 3D printed guided‐plate for the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture can shorten operation duration,reduce intraoperative perspective frequency,decrease incidence rate of complications,exerting favorable clinical application values.
