Research on the Evolutionary Game of Green Express Packaging Recycling Based on Blockchain Technology

网购快递包装废弃物造成的浪费日益严重,探索绿色环保、可重复利用的快递包装可以有效降低普通快递包装带来的环境污染。本文将区块链技术应用于绿色快递包装回收领域,研究各回收主体之间的演化博弈行为。本文构建政府、物流平台、消费者的三方绿色快递包装回收博弈模型,分析绿色快递包装回收系统达到稳定策略组合的因素。通过灵敏度分析,发现三方不同初始人群的占比、区块链的接入成本、政府的补贴、政府因绿色快递包装回收而获得的环境收益等因素对系统的稳定状态有重要影响。政府应创造良好的区块链营商环境,鼓励更多的物流平台实施区块链进行绿色快递包装回收再利用,并对快递包装回收行为制定合理的激励措施,提高消费者参与绿色快递包装回收的积极性。

The waste caused by online express packaging waste is increasingly serious.Exploring green and reusable express packaging can effectively reduce the environmental pollution caused by ordinary express packaging.To study the evolutionary game behavior among recycling parties,this paper blockchain technology is applied to the field of green express packaging recycling.This Paper among the government,logistics platform and consumers,a game model of green express packaging recycling is built to ana-lyze the factors that influence the green express packaging recycling system to achieve a stable strategy combination.Through sensi-tivity analysis,it is found that the proportion of different initial groups of the three groups,the access cost of the blockchain,the government subsidies,the environmental benefits obtained by the government due to the recycling of green express packaging and other factors have an important impact on the stability of the system.The government should create a good business environment for the blockchain,encourage more logistics platforms to implement the blockchain for green express packaging recycling and reuse,and formulate reasonable incentives for express packaging recycling to improve consumers'enthusiasm to participate in green ex-press packaging recycling.
