摘要
为了解决传统机械式流量计工作效率低、精度不高,且无法进行实时数据传输的问题,设计了一种基于高速通信的超声波流量传感器。介绍了超声波流量传感器的原理,分析了系统结构。应用表明,超声波流量传感器的计量精度在高于1.5级,连续工作时的重复计量偏差在0.08%以内,数据在高速传输时的丢包率不高于0.8%。通过设计,实现了流量传感器的智能化应用。
In order to solve the problems of traditional mechanical flowmeter such as low work efficiency,low accuracy and inability to transfer data in real time,an ultrasonic flow sensor based on high-speed communication was designed.The principle of ultrasonic flow sensor was introduced,and the system structure was analyzed.The application shows that the measurement accuracy of the ultrasonic flow sensor is higher than 1.5,the repeated measurement deviation is within 0.08% during continuous work,and the packet loss rate of data is not higher than 0.8% when transmitting at high speed.Through the design,the intelligent application of flow sensor was realized.
