摘要
对RV减速器行星级的配齿方法进行研究。通过分析RV减速器的结构特征和内部各传动部件之间的运动关系,建立太阳轮、行星轮、曲柄轴等核心构件之间的角度啮合关系。分析零部件装配工艺的互换性关系,建立RV减速器第一级行星传动部分的配齿模型,进而得到适用于不同型号、不同传动比RV减速器的配齿方法。以RV-80E-121型减速器和RV-3000J型减速器为例,验证所提出的配齿方法的正确性。
The gear matching method of the planetary level of RV reducer was studied.By analyzing the structural characteristic of the RV reducer and the motion relationship between the internal transmission components,the angular meshing relationships between the core components such as the sun gear,planetary gear and crank shaft were established.The interchangeability relationship of the assembly process of part and component was analyzed,and the gear matching model of the first level planetary transmission part of RV reducer was established,and then the gear matching methods suitable for RV reducers with different types and different transmission ratios were obtained.Taking RV-80E-121 reducer and RV-3000J reducer as examples,the correctness of the proposed gear matching method was verified.
