摘要
过滤器壳体内部滤筒支撑环的加工属于大跨距同轴孔的加工,焊接过程中存在焊接变形,尺寸精度不易保证。对过滤器壳体滤筒支撑环加工工艺进行研究,根据过滤器壳体结构形式,提出整体加工和工装定位组焊两种加工工艺方案。通过实施两种加工工艺方案,均可以满足实际生产需求。在实际生产过程中,可以结合技术性、经济性,对两种加工工艺方案进行合理选择。
The processing of the support ring of the filter cartridge inside the filter shell belongs to the processing of large-span coaxial hole,and there is welding deformation in the welding process,and the dimensional accuracy is not easy to guarantee.The processing technology of the support ring of the filter cartridge of the filter shell was studied.According to the structural form of the filter shell,two processing technology schemes such as integral processing and tooling positioning assembly welding were proposed.By implementing two processing technology schemes,the actual production needs can be met.In the actual production process,the two processing technology schemes can be reasonably selected by combining technology and economy.
