基于视频监测的输送带自动纠偏系统

摘要 针对输送带跑偏故障率高、传统方法纠偏维护工作量大等问题,设计了基于视频监测的输送带自动纠偏系统。介绍了系统架构,分析了工作原理,并给出了安装要求。实际应用表明,这一输送带自动纠偏系统能够有效改善输送带在运行过程中的跑偏情况,提高输送机运行安全性,并降低运行维护成本。 In order to solve the problems of high failure rate of conveyor belt deviation and large maintenance workload of traditional method deviation correction,an automatic deviation correction system for the conveyor belt based on video monitoring was designed.The system architecture was introduced,the working principle was analyzed,and the installation requirement was given.The practical application shows that the automatic deviation correction system for the conveyor belt can effectively improve the deviation of the conveyor belt during operation,improve the operation safety of conveyor,and reduce the operation and maintenance cost.
