摘要
综采工作面“三机”设备(液压支架、采煤机、刮板输送机)成套化及智能化已成为趋势,成套装备及控制系统的关键在于统一的顶层设计、标准和协议。由于涉及设备较多、质量大且安装复杂,在井下安装完成后,一旦存在尺寸配套性及智能化功能协同方面的问题,再返回设备厂家进行返修或调试,会耗时耗力,极大影响矿方的达产进度。基于此,规划并建立成套装备联调场地,按照井下工作面布局形式,模拟井下作业过程,对“三机”成套设备的配套尺寸、极限位置干涉及智能化功能进行提前验证,并对存在的问题进行整改,从而保证成套设备的顺利交付。
The complete sets and the intelligence for"the three machines"(hydraulic support,shearer,scraper conveyor)in fully mechanized mining face has become a trend.The key to the complete sets of equipment and the control system lies in unified top-level design,standards and protocols.Due to the large number,large mass and complicated installation of the equipment,once there are problems in size matching and intelligent function coordination after the completion of the underground installation,it will be time-consuming and labor-intensive to return the machine to the manufacturer for repairing or commissioning,which will greatly affect the production progress of the mine.Based on this,the joint commissioning site of the complete sets of equipment was planned and established in this paper.Then,according to the layout of the underground working face,the underground operation process was simulated.The matching size,the limit position interference and the intelligent function of the complete sets of equipment for"the three machines"were verified in advance,and the existing problems were rectified to ensure the smooth delivery of the complete sets of equipment.
