摘要
针对郑州矿区大平煤矿“三软”突出煤层在瓦斯治理过程中,易发生煤与瓦斯喷孔导致超限的问题,对“三软”煤层喷孔的原理和特征进行分析,开展了储煤仓容积和耐压计算,并设计了集成有钻孔充气式胶囊密封和自动闭锁功能的防喷装置。该防喷装置排煤口采用压力电控闭锁和机械闭锁的双闭锁,安装抽放管防煤尘自动闭锁装置,能够达到储煤仓密封、减少瓦斯溢出和防止抽放管堵塞的目的。应用表明,单班瓦斯钻孔进尺提高了15%,单班卸煤量提高了45%,大幅降低了回风侧瓦斯平均体积分数,确保瓦斯治理钻孔施工及水力造穴期间的瓦斯安全,实现了连续作业,减少了瓦斯超限对施工的影响,可在类似条件矿井进行推广。
In response to the problem of overruns caused by the blowout of coal and gas in the gas control process of the"three soft"outburst coal seam in the Daping Coal Mine of Zhengzhou mining area,the principle and characteristics of the blowout in the"three soft"coal seam were analyzed.At the same time,the volume and the pressure resistance of the coal storage bin were calculated,and then a blowout preventer integrated with drilling inflatable capsule sealing and automatic locking functions was designed.A dual locking system with pressure electric control locking and mechanical locking was adopted at the coal discharge port.In addition,the drainage pipe was equipped with the automatic locking device for coal dust prevention,which could achieve the purpose of sealing the coal storage bin,reducing gas overflow,and preventing blockage of the drainage pipe.The application had shown that the drilling depth of gas in a single shift had increased by 15%,the coal unloading amount in a single shift had increased by 45%,and the average volume fraction of gas in the air return side had been significantly reduced,ensuring the gas safety during the gas control and drilling construction and the hydraulic caving,at the same time,achieving the continuous operation,reducing the impact of gas overrun on construction.This device could be promoted in mines with similar conditions.
