铁路翻车机端环安全锁固装置设计

Design of safety locking device for end ring of railway dumper

摘要 为了保障工人在对翻车机设备进行维修、养护、清除剩余物料时的作业安全,提出了翻车机任意翻转角度转子端环安全锁固装置的设计方案。在计算翻车机偏心力矩在端环齿圈产生的等效力与翻转角度变化关系后,优选、细化设计方案,建立三维模型。利用ABAQUS软件验证了装置的整体结构强度。试验结果表明该装置设计可靠,可以保护工人安全作业。 In order to ensure the safety of workers in repairing,maintaining and removing the remaining materials of the device of the dumper,a design scheme of the safety locking device for the rotor end ring of the dumper at any turning angle was proposed.After calculating the relationship between the equivalent force generated by the eccentric torque of the dumper on the gear ring of the end ring and the turning angle of the dumper,the design scheme was optimized and refined,and the 3D model was established.Then,the overall structural strength of the device was verified by ABAQUS.The test results showed that the device was reliable in design and could ensure safe operation for workers.
