立井提升系统纠偏控制与辅助引罐道技术的应用

Application of deviation correction control and auxiliary lead cage guide technology of vertical shaft hoisting system

摘要 针对某矿提升容器脱轨并摩擦辅助罐道问题,采用复轨、纠偏以及降速降载等措施,临时保障了系统运行,但主井降速降载运行后直接影响矿井生产布局。通过静态控制点测量分析、提升系统纠偏、安装辅助引罐道等一系列措施,提升系统恢复至全速满载运行。 In view of the problem of derailment of the steel cage shoe in a mine hoisting container,which caused friction to the auxiliary guide,measures such as re-railing,deviation correction and speed reduction and load reduction were adopted to temporarily ensure the operation of the system,but the speed reduction and load reduction of the main shaft directly affected the production layout of the mine.As a result,through a series of measures such as static control point measurement and analysis,hoisting system correction,and installation of auxiliary lead cage guide,the hoisting system was restored to full speed and full load operation.
