干法超细磨球磨机降低瓦温的结构优化

Structural optimization for reducing bush temperature of dry ball mill for superfine grinding

摘要 为了改善干法超细磨球磨机运行中常出现滑履轴承瓦温过高的问题,对干法超细磨球磨机的进料装置、筒体结构、托瓦结构、滑履轴承润滑系统及密封形式进行了结构优化。优化后,减少了设备维护,提高了设备运转率,可为干法超细磨球磨机的设计提供借鉴。 In order to solve the problem of the high temperature of bushes of sliding bearings in the operation of dry ball mill for superfine grinding,the feeding device,the shell structure,the bush structure,the lubrication system and sealing form of the sliding bearing for the dry ball mill for superfine grinding were optimized.After the optimization,the equipment maintenance was reduced and the operation rate of the equipment was improved,which could provide reference for the design of the dry ball mill for superfine grinding.
