矿用防水闸门控制系统设计与应用

摘要 针对防水闸门现有控制系统可靠性不高的现状,设计了一套防水闸门自动控制系统,实现了防水闸门井下本地及地面远程的单动控制、一键控制,并具有泵站自动启停控制、视频监控、基于水位状况的自动控制等功能。该控制系统具备标准TCP/IP、OPC等接口,便于同人员定位、防治水等第三方系统集成。通过在井下安装、试验和应用,验证了该控制系统功能的稳定性和可靠性,适用于矿井下防水闸门系统的推广应用。 In view of the low reliability of the existing control system for the waterproof gate,a set of automatic control system of the waterproof gate was designed,which realized the underground local and ground remote single action control and one key control of the waterproof gate,and had the functions of automatic startstop control,video monitoring,automatic control based on the water level condition for the pumping station.The control system had standard TCP/IP,OPC and other interfaces,which was convenient for the integration with thirdparty systems such as personnel positioning and water prevention and control.Through the installation,test and application in the underground,the stability and reliability of functions of the control system were verified,which was suitable for the popularization and application of the waterproof gate system under the mine.
