Objective:To explore the application effect of multidisciplinary comprehensive intervention model in the nursing of emergency severe burn patients. Methods:A total of 103 patients with severe burns admitted to the emergency department of our hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study subjects. They were divided into observation group(n=52,treated from January 2023 to June 2023,with multidisciplinary comprehensive intervention)and control group(n=51,treated from June 2022 to December 2022,with routine intervention)according to their visit time. The intervention effects were compared between the two groups. Results:After intervention, the time of establish venous access, improve hypoxia, effective treatment, and length of ICU stay in observation group were shorter than those in control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in observation group was lower than that in control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Three months after discharge, the scores of pain, sleep quality and physical function in observation group were higher than those in control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The multidisciplinary comprehensive intervention model can effectively shorten the rescue time of severe burn patients in emergency department, reduce the incidence of complications, and improve the quality of life of patients.
